Labor Market Working Group
Working Group Leaders: Viktor Bálint (Codecool Kft.) and Dr. Réka Szeremley (IBM Hungary Kft.)
The Labor Market and Labor Law Working Group provides a professional forum for IVSZ members who are affected by changes in the labor market, digital skills development, generational challenges, HR trends, and labor law regulatory issues.
2026 focus areas:
- labor market and wage trends in the ICT sector;
- digital skills development;
- wage transparency and pay transparency;
- the use of AI-based systems in the workplace;
- the intersection of HR, labor law, and data protection;
- generational challenges and employment flexibility;
- cooperation with employee representatives.
Operating
The working group plans to hold approximately ten regular meetings in 2026, covering a mix of labor market, skills development, labor law, and HR topics. The meetings may be held online, in person, or in a hybrid format. As a supplementary program, the working group also plans to hold informal online discussions under the name “Munkacsopi Café.”
