Labor Market Working Group

The Labor Market and Labor Law Working Group provides a professional forum for IVSZ members who are affected by changes in the labor market, digital skills development, generational challenges, HR trends, and labor law regulatory issues.

2026 focus areas:
  • labor market and wage trends in the ICT sector;
  • digital skills development;
  • wage transparency and pay transparency;
  • the use of AI-based systems in the workplace;
  • the intersection of HR, labor law, and data protection;
  • generational challenges and employment flexibility;
  • cooperation with employee representatives.
Operating

The working group plans to hold approximately ten regular meetings in 2026, covering a mix of labor market, skills development, labor law, and HR topics. The meetings may be held online, in person, or in a hybrid format. As a supplementary program, the working group also plans to hold informal online discussions under the name “Munkacsopi Café.”
