The aim of the Information and Cybersecurity Working Group is to represent the interests of IVSZ members in the field of cybersecurity, and to strengthen the regulatory, professional, and innovation environment that supports a healthy cybersecurity ecosystem.
2026 focus areas:
monitoring the cybersecurity regulatory environment;
developing cybersecurity education and the labour market;
supporting cybersecurity innovation;
supporting market entry on the supply side;
supporting the secure use of digital solutions on the demand side;
quantum-resistant encryption;
coordinating Task 24 of the National Cybersecurity Action Plan;
activities related to professional events and appearances.
Operation:
The working group generally holds thematic meetings on a monthly basis. These sessions function as practice-oriented professional workshops, with invited speakers and joint discussion. The working group actively builds on professional collaborations both within and outside IVSZ.

The regulatory environment in the field of information security is not very favorable. The group is working on fine-tuning this.
The purpose of the Regulatory Working Group is to monitor EU legislation, develop related proposals, and review government strategies and domestic legislative and regulatory drafts.
