AI-revolution – what is worth teaching employees
As Central Europe consolidates its position as a strategic hub for Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), companies increasingly need talent with artificial intelligence expertise to improve operational efficiency.

The key question for companies is which employee competencies and credible training programmes, amid the vast range of available courses, can genuinely support their long-term growth.
In recent days, one of the world’s largest IT education companies, upGrad Enterprise, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with one of our member companies, IQSOFT – Edutech Kft., which recently came under Hungarian ownership. On this occasion, Balázs Vinnai, President of IVSZ – Association of Digital Enterprises, met with the leaders of the two companies. Commenting on the meeting, he said: IVSZ considers the development of digital competencies a key priority for the growth of the Hungarian economy and welcomes every initiative aimed at expanding the capabilities of Hungarian businesses undergoing digital transformation.
The meeting was also attended by Srikanth Iyengar, CEO of the Indian corporation, who said: “As the possibilities of AI continue to expand, organisations and GCCs across Asia, Europe and the rest of the world must ensure that their talent remains at the forefront and becomes more practically skilled during the years of the information technology revolution. Our partnership with IQSOFT enables us to accelerate the adoption of AI and technology in Europe’s GBS and GCC sectors, equipping their workforces with the right skills and practical capabilities and preparing them for the future. In addition, our Hungarian partner offers unique BYOD training programmes for companies seeking to integrate Apple devices into Microsoft server environments, complementing upGrad Enterprise’s educational portfolio. It is particularly important to us that IQSOFT has been a trusted training partner of the IT sector for 25 years, and that we can rely on its experience and credibility when serving our clients.”
