Strengthening the umbrella organization activities of the IVSZ in the Monitoring Committee work During the project with the identification number VOP_PLUSZ-4.1.5-24-2025-00012, as a member of the Monitoring Committee and umbrella organization, we monitor and assist with our professional opinion the progress of the Operational Programmes, the planning of projects included in the Annual Development Framework Plans, the selection criteria and the implementation of the Annual Development Framework Plan, the individual stages of the implementation of the Operational Programme, its modifications, its evaluation plan and its communication strategy. As an independent professional organization, the IVSZ has a strong validation role primarily in relation to projects concerning digital topics, but through our experience gained as a consortium partner or independent project implementer in the two major domestic priority projects presented above and in numerous direct EU and international projects, we can generally provide valuable feedback during the implementation of the Programmes. As the Association of Digital Enterprises, we cooperate not only with players in the ICT sector, but also with professional organizations in other sectors, in the framework of which we receive valuable information regarding the digital situation, strategic aspirations and development plans and needs of each sector, which we also use during the work of the Monitoring Committee. We are active members of DigitalEurope, where we have the opportunity to receive information about the digital and economic development programs of other EU member states, we cooperate with the ICT and digital professional organizations and clusters of the member states, from whom we also receive many good practices regarding our industry advocacy work, and we also regularly consult with colleagues in the individual DGs, who are happy to receive our professional suggestions and opinions in the case of certain relevant projects.
The aim of the project is to deliver the highly important content related to digitalization and the ICT sector appearing in the Monitoring Committees – especially information related to Operational Programs and program elements – to our member companies and partner organizations faster, more clearly and on an even wider scale.
The focus of the initiative is on developing an efficient and two-way communication system that not only strengthens the flow of information, but also creates an opportunity to collect professional opinions, suggestions and feedback. In this way, the project contributes to the membership and partners being more actively involved in relevant policy and development processes, while common positions and interests can be more effectively presented at committee meetings.

Involving other stakeholders in the umbrella organization’s activities and opinion-making
Increasing visibility, achieving broader knowledge of the project and results among the secondary target group
