The Labor Market and Labor Law Working Group provides a professional forum for IVSZ members who are affected by changes in the labor market, digital skills development, generational challenges, HR trends, and labor law regulatory issues.<\/p>\n

  • labor market and wage trends in the ICT sector;<\/li>\n
  • digital skills development;<\/li>\n
  • wage transparency and pay transparency;<\/li>\n
  • the use of AI-based systems in the workplace;<\/li>\n
  • the intersection of HR, labor law, and data protection;<\/li>\n
  • generational challenges and employment flexibility;<\/li>\n
  • cooperation with employee representatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Operating<\/h5>\n

    The working group plans to hold approximately ten regular meetings in 2026, covering a mix of labor market, skills development, labor law, and HR topics. The meetings may be held online, in person, or in a hybrid format.
