Broadcasting services and ICT technologies importantly contribute to the development of the society. The aim of SEE Digi.TV project is to speed-up digitalization of the broadcasting services, and to contribute to a wider use of ICT broadband services.

European e-Skills Week highlights the growing demand for skilled ICT users and professionals to drive a competitive and innovative Europe. This exciting campaign seeks to inform students, young professionals and SMEs about the vast range of opportunities that ICT-related jobs present.

The FACIT SME project targets to facilitate the use of Software Engineering (SE) methods and to systematize their application in IT SMEs. It will provide methods for efficient and affordable certification of these processes according to internationally accepted standards. Furthermore, it will help the SMEs to share best practices, tools and experiences with development partners and customers.
ICT SME communities (organized by associations) will experience significant benefit through the exchange of recent knowledge and best practises.

The MAPEER SME project is supporting activities to create the background conditions in which Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) is welcomed, supported and nourished in European SMEs.

The aim of the TACMON proposal is to increase SME competitive advantage in the special needs sector by offering an innovative and cost-effective technology to help the visually impaired to have access to graphical and text-oriented information. The TACMON technology is innovative in that it applies electrostatic MEMS actuator technologies with a micro hydraulic amplitude transmission to realize a large matrix of tactile dots using cost-effective bath-processing technologies.
