In line with its global growth strategy and focus on growth markets, IBM is expanding its operations and investing in the development of its staff at the International Service Delivery Center of IBM Data Storage System (DSS) Ltd in Szekesfehervar.
In support of its growth initiative, IBM DSS Ltd has been granted a non-refundable financial contribution worth of 509 millions HUF under the auspices of the New Széchenyi Plan which is in part funded by EU grants. The grant will support the creation of new, high-value work places at IBM’s Szekesfehervar center.
New Széchenyi Plan is to grant complex support to projects involving high rate of employment. The project having almost a 2 billion HUF cost budget gives room for further development to result in higher level customer service and more developed technical IT environment.
